Return Policy 

Alyris & Co. gladly accepts returns if your order / items are not as described. Customer must contact Alyris & Co. within 3 days of delivery to make claim or exchange. 

Customer must ship items back within 14 days of delivery only after making contact with Alyris & Co. and receiving confirmation of return or exchange.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

There are NO returns or exchanges on customized orders.
